Shrimp with White Beans

Shrimp with White Beans

Ingredients
- 1lb. Shrimp, cooked
- 1 Can Cannellini Beans, drained
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme
- 2-3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Roasted Red Pepper for Garnish (Optional)
Take cooked shrimp and cut in half.
Add a can of drained beans. Add herbs and olive oil and mix well.
Add chopped red pepper or tomatoes as a garnish.
Serve with Hanover Park Viognier.
