Shrimp with White Beans

Try this versatile recipe that can be a great appetizer or main course and pairs great with our Hanover Park Viognier.

Shrimp with White Beans

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Serves: 2-3
Ingredients
  • 1lb. Shrimp, cooked
  • 1 Can Cannellini Beans, drained
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme
  • 2-3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Roasted Red Pepper for Garnish (Optional)

Take cooked shrimp and cut in half.

Add a can of drained beans. Add herbs and olive oil and mix well.

Add chopped red pepper or tomatoes as a garnish.

Serve with Hanover Park Viognier.
