Dinner in The Studio with Chef Tyler Hoover

We are happy to welcome back Chef Tyler Hoover as he prepares a wonderful 4 course dinner for us at 6pm on Saturday, May 22nd. Seating will be limited and by reservation only. $80 per person.

Menu:

First Course: Lime Shrimp Gazpacho paired with Unoaked Chardonnay

Second Course: Beet Salad with Arugula, Goat Cheese, and Honey Roasted Nuts paired with Mourvedre

Third Course: Marinated Flank Steak with a peppercorn cream sauce. Portobello Mushroom Risotto and Grilled
Asparagus paired with Michael’s Blend

Fourth Course: Classic Banana Pudding with Bruleed Bananas paired with Blueberry
