Dinner in the Vines
Please join us for a very special dinner amongst the vines on Saturday, August 24th. This 6 course meal will be prepared by Chef Tyler Hoover from Honeysuckle Food Truck. Some of you have already enjoyed Tyler’s delicious food and we are very excited to have this dinner. Menu will be:
A summer salad with fresh vegetables/berries and a light vinaigrette paired with Unoaked Chardonnay
Shared cheese plate of fresh burrata, heirloom tomatoes, aged balsamic and basil paired with Chambourcin
Tuna Tartare with avocado and citrus sauce paired with Barrel Fermented Chardonnay
Watermelon Amuse Bouche
Surf and Turf – Grilled Filet with Charred Lobster Tail, succotash, and Root Vegetables paired with 1897
Summer inspired dessert paired with Blueberry Wine
Dinner will begin at 7pm. Cost is $95 per person by reservation only. Seating will be limited.
