The Gallery at Hanover Park
Come join us for a Saturday morning yoga class with Kim Crawford in The Gallery at Hanover Park on September 23rd and October 14th. Class will begin at 10am and last for about an hour. The cost will be $15 per session, which will include a glass of wine afterwards.
A note from Kim…
I am a RYT-500 with 8 years of teaching experience. I believe that anybody in any body can practice yoga. I think a yoga practice creates an aging gracefully environment for us which pairs well with your aged gracefully wine!
